Meaghan Lane, MSW

Pregnancy and Adoption Program Director

Serving as program director for Pregnancy & Adoption Support is more than a job for me, it’s a mission of service.  I bring to this role 20 years of experience working with children and families in the child welfare system, a passion for pro-life causes and a tendency to think outside the box.  The best part of my job is managing my amazing team, who are all driven to serve in this ministry and who all bring their own individual gifts, interests and talents to the work that we do and the clients that we serve.   

I love to collaborate with other organizations and ministries to partner together in ways to best serve the most vulnerable populations in our Diocese.  I am motivated to empower woman, support families and address barriers to adoption or parenting that our society currently faces.  I believe that every child is worthy of life, love and family and that even from the most difficult circumstances there is potential for joy.  

I homeschool my children which means I don’t have much free time but when I do, my family and I love to be outside, to go camping, to create and explore together.  We are also active in the life of our parish, St. John the Baptist.

Bridget Mullen, MS, LCPC

Pregnancy and Adoption Support Supervisor

Hello! I joined Pregnancy & Adoption Support in 2018 as an entry level case worker, working directly with expectant parents, birth parents, prospective adoptive parents, adoptive families and adult adoptees searching for birth parents. I’m now the Adoption Supervisor and most of my work involves supporting our case workers with their clients. My background is in clinical psychology, and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor through the state of Maryland. In 2025 I graduated from the accredited Training for Adoption Competency (TAC) so that I can continue supporting our program and clients with a high level of adoption competent services. I’ve become passionate about educating families and community partners on ethical adoption services and keeping adoptions centered on the needs of the adoptee. My favorite part of what we do is providing the information and resources families need to make fully informed decisions for themselves and their families that also serve the best interests of the most vulnerable person involved: the child.

In my free time, I’m an amateur genealogist and spend a lot of my time researching and trying to solve my family history mysteries. My love of history and detective stories set me up well for that hobby! I also love coffee, Lord of the Rings, lazy Saturday mornings and watching or listening to true crime shows with my husband.

Our team describes Bridget as intentional, intuitive, pragmatic, a caretaker, and the person who always reminds us of the “why” behind what we do.

Savannah Richards, LCSW

Pregnancy and Adoption Support Social Worker

Hello! My name is Savannah, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After graduating with a master’s degree in social work from VCU in Richmond, Virginia, I worked as a social worker at a pregnancy medical center helping women navigate their unplanned pregnancies and counsel them on their options. Foster care and adoption have always had a special place in my heart, so when I started working at Catholic Charities in 2021, I knew it would be a perfect fit. My favorite part of the work we do is navigating the hospital setting and being able to support both the expectant parent and the adoptive family with the hopes of an ongoing, open relationship after placement.

In my free time I enjoy fostering kittens through a local animal shelter, spending time with family at our beach house, going to breweries with friends, and watching true crime documentaries.

Our team describes Savannah as compassionate, attentive, and a good advocate for the clients on my caseload.        

Stephanie Hall, QMHP, PMH-C

Pregnancy and Adoption Support Counselor

Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). I also have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling.  I have  a bachelor’s degree in both Sociology and Criminology from Wilkes University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University.  Prior to joining Catholic Charities Pregnancy and Adoption support in 2022, I provided individual and group counseling, drug and alcohol counseling, crisis counseling and trauma counseling. My favorite part of this job is the opportunity to support women who are making difficult decisions in an unplanned pregnancy. It is an honor to help and empower them to make the best decision for themselves and their child. Our team is passionate about ethical adoption and putting the wellbeing of the child first.

I am married and have three children, so free time is limited! I love music and try to squeeze in some piano playing when I can. Our family also loves games and traveling.

Mikayla Jeanty, MA, QMHP

Pregnancy and Adoption Support Counselor

Hi! I am grateful to be a Pregnancy and Adoption Counselor on our team. I have a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a focus on crisis and trauma. Prior to joining Catholic Charities in 2026, I worked in community mental health with adults diagnosed with mental health or substance use disorders. I’m passionate about showing up with empathy to every situation and seek to learn from each person I encounter.

Getting to watch and equip families to step into parenting is gift that I don’t take lightly. It is a joy to journey with families who are inviting vulnerable children into their lives or choosing to parent despite their own difficult circumstances.

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, drinking delicious coffee, spending time with friends, and traveling to new cities.
